The "Epson Connection" support number is (310) 782-2600 and is done on a per incident basis, at $25 per incident. (prices may vary).  If you believe you are still under warranty - make sure you tell them this before you agree to pay a charge for service.  They are open from 6am to 6pm Monday through Friday, Pacific time.  Their support site can be reached at www.epson.com/support/instans/prselans.html
